Wilshire Metro Realty, Inc. was formed as a real estate corporation in 1987 for the sole purpose of being the foremost brokerage in the listing and selling of Downtown Los Angeles residential condominiums and lofts.  During this period we have moved the office several times, but have always maintained our sole office location within the Central Business District.  Our goal of being first, the most prominent and the best continues today, and what changes we have experienced!  In 1986 there were only a handful of complexes to represent.  Today, the construction of new and refurbished units is so great that we can only estimate that the number of complexes is somewhere in the area of 50.  We have never taken our eye off the ball: our reputation precedes us.  We only list and sell condominiums within the Downtown area.

A brief profile of the four of us:

Tony Kim:  Tony recently became our fourth licensee.  Besides being a sales associate, he is also the office coordinator.

Russell Chan:  A Downtown resident and condominium investor, Russell has been involved in the Downtown market since the 90s.  Russell is a co-owner, officer and full-time licensee with the firm.

Evan Fujii:  Evan is also a downtown condominium investor since the 90s.  Along with Russell, he is a co-owner, officer and full-time licensee with Wilshire Metro Realty, Inc.

Rob Nesbitt:  The original founder, Rob sold the firm to Russell and Evan, retired, and then came back to be the Designated Broker.  Rob�s original vision in 1987 is finally coming to fulfillment.
